PRODUCTION LEAD TIME
Our surfboards are handmade in Hossegor, France. It takes approximately 3-4 weeks production lead time for a standard surfboard up to 8’ size. 6 weeks for a long board and up to 8 weeks for a polished finish, resin tint ( color is mixed in the resin) custom board.
You can contact us through messenger or email info@euroglass90.com within 48 hours of placing your order in case you need to modify it or add more specifics and customisation.
SHIPPING & RETURNS
The shipment of products is normally carried out through Geodis (for orders in France), Seur (for orders in Spain and Portugal), TNT/FedEx (for orders in the rest of Europe, up to 2.4 metres Length boxes) and Schenker (for orders in the rest of Europe, more than 2'4 metres boxes). All Orders for all products typically ship within 24 hours (for France, Spain and Portugal ) and 72-120 hours (for the rest of European Countries) for items that are in stock.
Since our surfboards are handmade products, coming in several sizes and shapes please be aware that we don’t always have them available in stock for immediate delivery.
The carriers make deliveries from Monday to Friday, between 10 am – 7 pm.
The recipient cannot request delivery on specific days or times.
If the recipient is not at home, the carrier will leave a notice, through a notice tag left at the address.
Delivery will be attempted twice: in case of failure, the carrier will return the package to our office in 529 Av. de Pascouau, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor, France.
To facilitate the resolution of the delivery procedure during the order it is essential:
Euroglass will not be responsible for any faults in the delivery service by the carrier.
Euroglass notifies the customer via e-mail about the shipment status with tracking number once the order has shipped from our warehouse in Soorts-Hossegor, France.
The service is activated automatically if the email address field is correctly filled in.
Please do not enter a PO BOX in the address field, as the carrier would be unable to deliver the purchased goods. Therefore, a physical delivery address must be entered.
In case of deliveries made at reception/concierge (with signature for collection by the receptionist), Euroglass will not be held responsible for subsequent non-deliveries of the package to the final recipient.
If a destination country does not appear among those listed, it means that there is currently no delivery of products in that country.
It will not be possible to send orders to military bases or mailboxes.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
EUROGLASS ships via Geodis (for orders in France), Seur (for orders in Spain and Portugal), TNT/FedEx (for orders in the rest of Europe, up to 2.4 metres Length boxes) and Schenker (for orders in the rest of Europe, more than 2'4 metres boxes). In compliance with international import/export laws, the goods shipped are accompanied by a proforma invoice/invoice in which the total value of the goods is declared in Euros. The invoice shows the value of each item purchased.
EUROGLASS cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by weather conditions, international customs issues or other circumstances beyond its control.
Orders are processed for shipment from Monday to Friday 09:00 – 17:00 (CET). Orders placed from Friday to Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.
Orders relating to available goods, subject to confirmation of the availability of the goods and verification of the bank transaction, are shipped the day after receipt of the order. The amount of transactions made by credit card is debited immediately when the order is processed and following a verification of the transaction by the Bank. In any case, EUROGLASS reserves the right to postpone the shipment if the order cannot be shipped for reasons beyond its control. Please note that shipments may be delayed during promotions and sales.
Deliveries are made during business hours from Monday to Friday, except bank holidays. The carrier will make 2 delivery attempts; in case of failure, the order will return to our warehouse in Hossegor, France.
All orders are processed automatically by the system, so we are unable to change shipping and delivery times.
DELIVERY FAILURE
If for any reason, an order is not delivered due to lack of cooperation by the customer (incorrect telephone number, wrong address, absent address, non-compliance with import regulations), as per commercial agreements, the package could be sent back to France at the Customer’s expenses, not including import taxes. These charges will be deducted from any refunds.
METHODS AND SHIPPING COSTS
Delivery times and shipping costs will vary according to the type of shipment.
We are currently shipping to all the European Union Schengen countries (Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Iceland, Italy, Latvia, Liechtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, and Switzerland), UK and Ireland.

Delivery takes place within 24 hours (from deliveries in France, Spain, Portugal) or 72-120 hours (for the other European countries), after 24 hours from the date of order placement for products that are in stock. For customised products/handmade products, delivery may differ by current production lead time. Any delivery delays may be caused by the temporary unavailability of the products, malfunctions in the service by the carrier, force majeure or in the event of holidays. In case of non-delivery (excluding Saturdays and Sundays), please contact customer service at the email address “your email address”
Delivery times for orders placed from Monday to Friday by 13:00 (CET) will be 24 hours (for France, Spain and Portugal ) and 72-120 hours (for the rest of European Countries). In the case of orders placed after 13:00 (CET), on weekends or public holidays, the delivery will take one more day.

POSSIBLE DELAYS
Payments require an automatic verification by the bank that issued the credit card, this verification could cause a delay in the shipment of orders.
Once authorised, the payment will be credited to euroglass90.com and the order will be processed as soon as possible.
Orders will be processed in chronological order, based on the time of receipt. On weekdays (Monday to Friday) orders are processed (not shipped) within 48 working hours of receiving the order.
In specific periods of the year, on the occasion of holidays (during which carriers do not ship) and in times of high order traffic, which we have listed below, the order fulfilment times may be delayed up to 3 /4 days:
CONSIGNMENT DELIVERED TO DOOR
Check the status of the order at any time by visiting the section my orders (https://www.euroglass90.com/account) in My Account. If you have not registered on euroglass90.com, you can go directly to the section Orders https://www.euroglass90.com/account/register. In this case you will need to enter your email address and order code.
Still, when your order leaves our warehouses, we will send you an email confirming the shipment.
CUSTOMS DUTIES AND FEES
In case of shipment addressed to a country outside the European Union, the goods may be subject to customs duties and any sales taxes. Any additional charges relating to customs clearance will be borne exclusively by the recipient.
In case of refusal of the goods by the customer or non-delivery for other reasons (e.g. incorrect address and/or telephone number of the recipient; repeated absence of the recipient, etc.) the amount will be withheld to cover the following expenses: “Dispatch of goods” + “return of goods” + “customs for return” and charged to the recipient. Instead, the price of the goods will be refunded.
Customs duties and any taxes vary according to the country of destination and are applied upon arrival of the goods in the same country. For information on the amount of duties and any taxes, and the methods of customs clearance of goods, it is advisable to contact the competent Customs Offices of the country of destination.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the purchased Item. If you have purchased multiple Items with a single order, the withdrawal period expires after 14 days from the day on which you or a third party, other than the carrier and designated by you, acquire physical possession of the last Item.
To use the right of withdrawal, you are required to inform us (by email at info@euroglass90.com) of your decision to withdraw from the purchase contract by means of an explicit declaration. To this end, you can use the sample withdrawal form attached as The Right of Withdrawal to these General Conditions, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, all you need to do is send your communication concerning your exercise of the right of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired. Upon receipt of the withdrawal request, we will send you a confirmation of receipt via email.
In the event of withdrawal from the purchase contract, you will be reimbursed the item/items you purchased, not including shipping costs (also of additional costs arising from a possible choice of a type of delivery other than the standard offered by us), without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day of receipt of your withdrawal request.
Refunds will be made in the original form of payment as that used by you in your purchase, unless you expressly request otherwise. Refunds are processed on products only. Shipping cost and returns shipping costs are charged to the customer and will be deducted from the refund”.
If you have use the right of withdrawal with reference to the purchase of an Item, unless we offer to withdraw this Item, please return the Item to us or deliver it to us without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which we you have communicated your withdrawal from the purchase contract.
The deadline will be considered respected only if the Items before the expiry of the 14 day period. Items must be returned to the following address: 529 Av. de Pascouau, 40150 Soorts-Hossegor, France.
The costs of returning the Items will be at your expense.
